5.1 SUGGESTION OF CONTENT
Texts may be submitted any time during the year. Texts submitted during the summer will be processed after start of the autumn semester.
5.2 EDITING AND ON-LINE PUBLICATION
Information about editing, on-line publication and steps are presented by section in the following table:
Adherence to Profweb's editorial policy is a prerequisite for postings.

5.3 ARCHIVING OF CONTENT
After a given period, certain information published in Profweb will be archived and will consequently be accessible through the Archives sections of the site. Certain archives are open only to the Coordinator and Collaborator. The following table presents specific details:
