Web Site Management

4.1 STAFF INVOLVED IN THE MANAGEMENT AND THE UPDATE OF THE WEB SITE

The Coordinator manages the Web site on a daily basis and answers any requests made by the Editorial Committee and its collaborators, including editorial expectations and statistics regarding site activity. Most often, the Coordinator is responsible for putting information on-line.

The Collaborator may entrust a collaborator with the responsibility for a report or a section of the site.

Some texts or reports may be revised according to content or language. In such cases, it is the Coordinator or Collaborator who revises the content or the language of a submitted text. In the case of content revision, the text will be resubmitted to its author before its publication.

4.2 WEB SITES’S PERIOD OF ACTIVITY

The Web site is active between August 15th and June 15th of each year. During the summer, maintenance and administration of the Web site (modifications, stocking of data, annual review, etc.) is conducted. Any request sent to the Profweb team during summer will receive an automated reply indicating when it will be answered (after August 15th).
