| Workshop description |
Outlook provides an integrated solution for the management and organization of electronic messages, schedules, tasks, notes, contacts and other information. Thanks to Outlook, you can manage your communications, organize your work and collaborate more efficiently, in a structured and centralized manner.
Outlook is a highly useful educational tool for many tasks: managing communications between teachers, students and colleagues; exchanging documents; managing messages received and automatically organizing them in appropriate folders; managing contacts; managing distribution lists; managing meetings based on the availability of participants; managing several calendars and sharing them; etc.
This workshop examines the functions of Outlook within a collaborative work context: project management, teamwork, activities requiring frequent exchanges, classroom and time management. |
