| Workshop description |
Acrobat is a software program which enables you to convert different document formats into PDF files, while conserving the layout of the original document and reducing the size of the file, facilitating its distribution on the Web or by e-mail — including Excel files, PowerPoint presentations, Access or Publisher files, and extracts from Outlook including attachments. Add commentaries and visual indicators. Digitize a text directly with Adobe PDF while ensuring text recognition. In addition, Acrobat offers the possibility of password-protecting files and preventing the copying or alteration of a document. These are all essential functions when the transfer of educational documents between teacher and students is undertaken through electronic means. |
