How do you plan and develop a project, while bearing in mind the various factors and components which will evolve and be implemented along a given timeline? How do you maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of human and technical resources while adapting to a production context? How do you manage the potential activities and productivity of various participants in a context of multifaceted management, and with the limited resources of a college?
This workshop provides an introduction to the functions and project management tools of MSProject. |
