Student ICT and Library Certification, an Added Dimension to the College Diploma

Student ICT and Library Certification, an Added Dimension to the College Diploma Michel Lacroix Teacher, Collège Gérald-Godin

In the last few years, Collège Gérald-Godin has been working on an ICT integration plan to permit students to attain a higher level of mastery in the areas of information and communication technology and information-searching skills.

To facilitate the integration of ICT abilities into the students’ academic experience, the college has recently come up with a new approach. ICT abilities are seamlessly integrated into class activities and evaluations in the students’ two mandatory English courses  as well as in their third physical education class. These courses are part of the general education courses that are taken by all the students in the college.
